The Iacu is a nation that are ruled by the Dictator. Fully. They beleive the only way to get things done is by having one immortal (in respects) representative of their country. They know that suffering cannot be stopped and do not blame the Dictator if something goes wrong. They are a strong isolationist people. Proud of their nation yet not offensive to others. They don't like foreigners in their country; which goes to say foreigners don't like being in their country.
